It is my pleasure to have the opportunity to work with your child during the upcoming school year.
We had a wonderful year last year and we look forward to building on our strengths. The Madison Park staff has been working diligently to prepare your students for a challenging and successful year. You will find that our school is driven to be successful, positive in our outlook, and dedicated to the education of each child.
I have enjoyed building relationships with our students, seeing them grow, and being an important part of their success.
Madison Park will continue to house grades two and three. We will be working to provide a safe environment where students are responsible, respectful and active learners. Our school theme is;
Madison Park Marvels
- Respectful
- Responsible
- Active Learners
- Be heros...Be a Super Ram
I believe that all students can be successful and that both teachers and parents must have the same goals in mind. They must work together to ensure our students understand the value of education, support each other throughout our challenges and celebrate our success. Students must Be Respectful. Students must be respectfulto their families, friends, classmates, teachers, their school, community and themselves. Students must also Be Responsible. This includes arriving to school on time, being in attendance every day, and being accountable for their behavior in and out of school. Finally, students must be Active learners. They must be focused in school, participate in daily activities, strive for success, and maintain good work habits both in school and at home. We will all strive to be “Super Rams” in that we practice behaviors that will promote student learning and increase the likelihood of our overall success as we grow throughout our education.
Yours in Education,
Tamara Rizzo-Sterner, Principal
