Welcome to the Trotwood-Madison City School District's Human Resources Department!  
The Human Resources Department is committed to providing quality customer service, access to resources and accurate and timely information to all.  We are dedicated to securing highly qualified staff to serve our students and help them meet their goals.  The District employs approximately 450 staff members who share in our commitment to our community.  We provide assistance to existing employees as well as those interested in employment with the District.
